We want to be better!

I guess the thing going for us is, most companies wait until they are in trouble to ask for advice, we just come off another great year and even with just a 3% price increase last year the net was up also.

My theory, is I know I have a tiger by the tail and hanging on for dear life but felt now is the best time to re-look at everything.
This won't be my last questions on the matter!

i aint about to start telling on myself....................

I do get one call maybe two a year where someone reads me the tech sheet I wrote and I have to just say, you did everything perfect and chemically, it can't happen, don't know the answer.

Then I hear, What if??

got you figured Shine! LOL

papa always said " it's a cinch by the inch but hard by the yard " so tie a knot in it and hang on !

My only concerne:

"DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING TO KEEP THE PRICE DOWN"

I'd rather pay a couple more dollars to have it stay the same.
The longer it stays the same, the better I can get with it.

If there was anything I could make better it would be those lids
on the universal clear, they seem to stick and are hard to turn.
The plastic on the can turns with them when stuck.
I solved the problem by saving the old ones,
After I pour some clear out I now always put a clean lid back on
and throw the old lid in a cup of thinner for a few days.
I keep several that I rotate.
It's pretty petty but it's the only thing I can think of, except
maybe pretty girls delivering the product, that would really help!

I don't know, we also deal with a number of women painters, what about them.

Can't see me in a speedo.

damn barry.............. some things you just cant unsee .... you show up here in a speedo i'll put tha dogs on ya ,

Since were nit picking I might as well put my vote in for no more peanuts. I'd rather see well used thongs from a low end strip joint for packing material than deal with those things. Do you have guys hand rubbing the peanuts to super static each one before blowing them into the box?

Actually, we started buying non static peanuts a month ago BUT I'm sure they will recharge just bouncing around in shipping.

Way to go JC, how easy was that? Open box and spray with alcohol, en-dust , window spray or water.

JC we need to discuss a raise! LOL

yeah mine must have bounced around a lot lol When the Fed Ex truck shows up I'm so happy I don't care about peanuts lol

Guys, Brian has made the first set of changes to the web site, not done yet but major improvement and very time consuming, more to come and again i want to thank all of you for the FREE advice.
Thanks

Barry, awesome job on the website. That's a huge improvement. BUT!!!!!!! You need to fix the link to the Judge post immediately. You should make it a separate page and not a link to a forum post. If a newbie reads your nice description, the next post is Shine's "not bad for bathtub junk huh...."

I know he was making an inside joke and that's fine for a forum post, but new customer might not get it.

Great idea, I sent this post to Andy to handle and Shine point out a flaw on the front page that needs editing.
