Single stage capped with clear, or bc/cc ?

Anybody that gets into this kind of work to the level we usually see here is probably considered a little wierd by most-so that's just normal....

After the glamor coat, do you still need to wait 4 hours to overnight before clearing?

You need to find out about the recoat window for the particular single stage being used. Most can handle an overnight delay, but a single coat can usually be cleared sooner than that with no problem, a lot has to do with the composition of the paint. Sometimes it's best to test the procedure out on a junk panel.
