Lot of guys baggin on the LPH400. Straight off the gun with an LPH400….. . It’s a great gun imho. Especially if you panel paint like I do most of the time.

Sure would be nice to see a video on how slow you are going on this fender liner and what you used and how much.

Are you talking about the face? No amount of buffing will fix that. It needs a blaster.

Can I use the silver cap for base ? I don’t have an orange cap.

I use the silver cap for base all the time, I think it does better than the "base" cap.
I only use the base cap for small things like mirrors and door jambs etc.

Yes you can, especially with solid base. Orange is for metallics.

Yes, I use it for epoxy, base and clear.

Mr. Shine was wondering if you got a new Vaper 1.4 if so does it put down paint? tP tools up here has them for 55.00 thinking about getting one to supplement my Iwata LPH any thoughts? thanks

well the new vaper i got is a different casting than my old one. but it laid down clear really well. faster so my arm held out. it's the old casting much like the hf purple gun. thank god it's better.
i dont paint much anymore so no way i'm dropping a grand on a new gun. this one was 69 dollars .

I have yet to have any luck with any cheap gun I buy.......recently I purchased the vevor gun that the youtube painters were raving about..... total junk... I am done experimenting with the cheap guns..


Shine I am glad it worked out! That looks like the gun Bad Chad runs with no air regulator!

no. i just needed a hoser for clear. the iwata wide open is still slow and deliberate.
my disabilities make it hard to clear with it.

i have never put a lot of money in primer guns. any gun will shoot base. clear and SS is the only time it gets tricky.

Bad Chads settings are 120 psi at the gun, material wide open and fan a perfect circle. Stand 10 feet back and giver.
