A woman's project: 1968 Mustang Fastback Eleanor

I sprayed the hood and deck lid awhile ago and Brian wet sanded and buffed

I just finished spraying four coats of clear

I actually just went through port richey last week. Recently moved down to florida and am located only 45 minutes north of rusty's place. Now, coming from a body shop myself I can understand wanted to keep randoms out for obvious insurance and production reasons. But, I have to ask whats the chance that an average enthusiast/ex-paint/bodyman being able to stop in and see the FAMOUS RUSTY GILLIS RESTORATION SHOP? Rusty

WOW!

I hope you both continue the story of the build once she gets home. I think I would not be alone in wishing to see her complete and ready for the first drive.

Very nice and yes, please continue the build thread to completion. You MUST be extremely pumped right now as this car looks fantastic.

Sure we'd be happy to keep you all updated as the build progresses. And yes Coronet, we are! Thanks guys.

SHAME!!!! I was gonna come down yesterday too... would've been awesome to see er before she left. I'm sure there's plenty to gawk at;)

Reliable showed up at exactly 7pm last night. We couldn't wait we were so antsy. Unfortunately it was snowing, because that's what it does here in January. She was a Michigan born girl, Ohio raised so she will have to get used to it once again. Your Florida days are over girlfriend! We sat on some barstools for a long while till we finally said goodnight. She's a doll. It's good to have her home.
