I should post some pics to.
Looking good!!!
Loved the base. It layed down great with the SPI reducer. I struggled with the clear some. Come to find out i had my pressure regulator set way to low after talking to Berry. It came out peeler then I'm use to seeing. I tried my Sata 4000 LPH at first then changed back to Iwata 4000 LPH for the last coat. I liked it better spraying the clear.I have already started the cut and buff and so far i like what i see. I will post some pictures in a few of what i did today.orangejuiced86;13943 said:How did you like that PPG?
Hit it first with 1500 grit then 2000 wet, then #1 3M compound on a wool pad and then final black glaze on a waffle pad. Slow process by hand wet sanding. I dont have much luck using a palm sander, plus I'm a little old school i guess, But I'm very pleased with the final product so far and that's what matter most.orangejuiced86;13983 said:How car are you knocking it down? 1000, 1200?
