1969 Chevy C10

That is a great job. Last gate I did, I painted and cleared the whole gate, then used fineline tape to mask the letters and painted them with SS. It worked decent, but I will probably go back to doing it your way...

Got the upper and lower moldings put on.
The reproduction stuff isn't near the quality of the original.

Looks really good.

Not sure where you got the trim, but the best quality I've found is from Mar-K in OKC. Years ago, I helped a buddy put some on that was made by counterpart *I think*, and it would bend or dent just trying to push the clips in the hole.

The problem I have been running into is that most of the suppliers do not have everything you need. So cab trim from one place, fender and door trim from, another, etc.
This trim would fall into the easy to bend/dent category for sure.
I only recently learned of Mar-K so haven't bought anything from them yet for comparison.

Still waiting for back ordered parts to arrive.
Was able to get the dimmer switch wired in and working (and no I didn't cut and buff the kick panels ;) ):

Then the owner showed up with this blue tooth Resto Radio and custom speaker assembly.
The speaker turned out to be something somebody gave him and wasn't actually for this truck. He failed to mention that to me and after I had dismantled most of the dash to get the thing in there I found out the bracket was 1" too long and the mounting hole in the wrong location.
Eventually got it in there and working:

Still waiting for the parts I ordered in June to arrive. The vent window assembly for the driver's door and a few other items still haven't been shipped.
Decided to sandblast the bed while I waited. I loathe this part of the job but pushed my self to get it done.

It took a couple of days to get all the paint and rust off. Then I went over the whole thing again to remove the dark spots and places that I missed.

Shot two coats of epoxy on the outside and one coat on the inside of the bed, Knew I didn't have enough epoxy so I mixed some left over gray with the 1/2 gallon of black I had. Still ran out of epoxy, hence only one coat on the bed.

It will stay like this while I paint and install the passenger's door, fender trim and fender. From there I will work on the hood so I can get it installed along with the new front grille, front bumper and parking lights.

Passenger door painted.

I am needing some help from you Chevy guys.
The owner cannot find the correct mirrors or the mounting brackets that go inside the door.
Here is the mirror that came off the driver's side and you can see the bracket attached.
Door Mirror and Bracket.JPG

I have looked on different truck sites and do not see this type of bracket anywhere. He wanted to have customer mirrors so I matched the hole pattern in the passenger door with this same bracket. Now we can't find a matching bracket or a two bolt set of chrome mirrors that fit.
Here's the dimensions of the bracket:

This is what it looked like when I got it. I think at one time they just had a bolt in the lower hole.

Let me know your thoughts on this so I can get some mirrors on the truck.

These are correct for 69. On the outside is the mirror arm, mirror, gasket, and screws. Inside is a backup plate. Below are links to a supplier I like. They are also available in black and the mirror head can be smooth or ribbed.

The problem is the driver's door that I am trying to match wasn't original to the truck.
It looks like the parts diagram Leonard sent.

I would say used will be your only option, I've never seen one of those plates for sale. The one like Sprint posted is the only one I can remember seeing in a parts book. I checked my parts trucks, and none of them have that reinforcement plate.
(As a side note, I don't think that is the original mirror, it was most likely like the one in the diagram I posted.)
