Brian has all the damaged sheetmetal removed

That just makes me shake my head...You two are pretty amazing.

The rear torque boxes had to be removed because there are rust holes in the inner rocker

The toe boards had to come off and also the top of the torque box because of rust.

That green stuff was from Eastwood that we had laying around and Brian sprayed it to get rid of it.

More sand and rust

Brian has the top of the torque box welded back together after epoxy priming the back side.

I wish I could spend time in a shop like yours Rusty.. While I obviously cant leave my wife and kids at home here in KY and stay there for 6 months, it would invaluable if possible!!!!!!

There will be a lot. We are also installing coilover rear suspension, small flares and may mini tub.

Now he is making the last patch on the left side. Everything is epoxy primed first
