The rear torque boxes had to be removed because there are rust holes in the inner rocker

The toe boards had to come off and also the top of the torque box because of rust.

That green reminds me of Napa etch primer.
Amazes me what you guys do with these cars. I always look forward to new posts on all your projects.

That green stuff was from Eastwood that we had laying around and Brian sprayed it to get rid of it.

Brian has the top of the torque box welded back together after epoxy priming the back side.

I wish I could spend time in a shop like yours Rusty.. While I obviously cant leave my wife and kids at home here in KY and stay there for 6 months, it would invaluable if possible!!!!!!
 
Looks like you started with a good VIN plate and went from there? lol
 
That sand and dust sure holds moisture. Rusty, let us know how many hours get put into that project.

There will be a lot. We are also installing coilover rear suspension, small flares and may mini tub.
