So I painted my car over a month ago, mostly it turned out good, however I have a few panels where the basecoat wrinkled. I need suggestions on the best way to fix. Here is what I plan to do, thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Sand the wrinkled panels with 400 until the wrinkled areas are smooth, taking most if not all the clearcoat off. Here is my main question, assuming i do not go through the sealer coat below the base can I get away with just reapplying the base, or should I spray a sealer coat(epoxy), or should I spray full coat of primer and block. It is white which hides alot, and it is a driver not a show car.
