Hi and thanks in advance. doing a customers antique car and want to show him both clears and prove the quality and strength of the SPI Universal Clear.
What would be the best or " glamour " clear in there line. I use and belief in the SPI line. Also this is a restoration and high quality repair.

They use to have good clears but don't know anything about new ones or changes they made to old one, test would be best.

I will be using your clear over the glasurit solvent 55 . but don't know what of their clears to compare maybe 923-109 ?

Pick their best one or highest solids.I no longer know the numbers.

Usually a test like this is not worth a crap as longevity is the real issue but in this case if you pick the best one they have, being who they are, we have no concern about lasting, so all were comparing is looks and ease of spraying.

Like to add something...........did use the Galsurit base and the clear 923-109 with slow act. and 10% slow reducer. Looks great but with that said I use the Euro all the time in my shop so sprayed one part next to the other and I see no advantage using the Glasurit. Customer can't either.
Now: price is unreal I thought my jobber made a mistake! the real issue is customer service with SPI and I like dealing with a co. and real people who cares and is proud of their products.....................thanks SPI and this is not a advertisement for them just how it is

Thanks for the feed back, its kinda funny but in the last six months we have had a lot of their customers call and try our clear for first time.
Everyone was saying its not the same as use to be (?????) and none of them were trying it because of price and very concerned mine was so much cheaper and I understand the concern.
