Is it less flimsy? You'd mentioned that the Kovax stuff needs to be turned every so often to create better cutting. How about this product?Yes for the finishing film i am. I am now using it for my dry 1000 and 1500 step. Still using the blue bufflex though
Wow haha. That would last me quite some time. You must use a lot of 1500 lol. Let me know what you think of the 3000 sc. maybe I’ll order some myself along with some standard papers. Do you use much of their hand sanding paper? Board paper? Sheets? Is that the foam block in your pic? Thanks!
which interface pads are people using, and do you used diffent pads for cars with curves vs straight panels? Thanks for the info. Yeah that assilex is good stuff. Will be interesting to see if it’s just as good. So what’s up with the gold and green? Gold is paper and green is film? So film is thinner? What’s the pros and cons? If I’m using my da I’m generally not trying to get something laser straight. I’m usually buzzing panels down, prepping or cutting and buffing. My da usually always has an interface pad. Thanks in advance.
I am gatting my interface pads off ebay. Usually a dozen at a time. I am not a fan of the 3m pads. They dont hold up and are probably 5 times the costwhich interface pads are people using, and do you used diffent pads for cars with curves vs straight panels?
Have you compared them yet?yes you got the regular foam discs. the 3000 is available in silicon carbide grit and supposed to last much longer. i got those and will be comparing to the blue bufflex.
