stripping fiberglass hood

Working on a 72 cutlass with a factory w-25 glass hood. It was sent to Thorntons and had the metal frame replaced. The glue they used to bond the metal frame to the glass top caused the paint to blister and peel. You can see everywhere they had used the glue, because the paint on the top side of the hood just bubbled up. I need to strip the whole hood and start over with SPI epoxy. It's been painted once before. What's my best bet? It's a large hood, and time is money.

Thanks, Gregg

With a DA and 80 knock 90% of the paint off, then depending how you are with a DA take it to the glass with 180 or 80 or if not real experienced block the rest off with 180.
