Panel painting Black 08 Viper- any recommendations on SPI clear

I'm replacing quarter panel and rear bumper cover on 2008 Dodge Viper. Going to try to panel paint without going into the door. Any recommendations on clear to use to match OEM. Its really flat with little or no peel. Has extremely nice gloss from the factory. I was thinking of using 3 coats SPI universal clear, then of course colorsanding/polishing. I have only had experience with universal and Euro clear. Love them both.
Thanks!!!

Maybe others will have better advice but a friend bought a new wrecked 2011 from dealer and replaced back end and he used sikkens viper blue base and the Universal applying three wet coats, sanded it with 1000, 1500, 2000 and then 4000 and it looked perfect.
His whole goal was so no one could tell it was ever painted.

The General manager wanted to drive it so he drove it off the truck and backed into a new ram, insurance estimate was 20,000+ dollars. had like 13 miles on it.

Kent, stop on by and while your here I'll let you shoot it. For neither of us, little to much power for us, we're used to 4 bangers. lol plus its too hard to get in and out of for a 50+ yr old.

Barry thanks for the advise. I'm using Sikkens base and will use the universal as you suggest. I appreciate and value your opinion greatly. Thanks!!!
