ordering primer

Can I order primer online or do I have to do it by phone. What is the best way?

but...I wouldn't mind having an online ordering system.
 
We could never have an on-line order system, unless it was set up for existing customers only.

Reason is we give a protected territory to our jobbers and we must make sure we do not send to a shop or person in that territory.

I would if we could!

Barry, That is exactly what I am suggesting. For instance. I buy wholesale parts from a distributor. It required that I set up an account. My business was verified, I filled out an application form and was given a specific login.

Now though I am able to purchase anytime through their online system. It is very convenient.
 
Barry, are there any jobbers in Washington State, specifically the Seattle area? I've seen a few other members on here from this area but have not seen SPI at any places I have been so far (which isn't many)
 
Well I finally made the call today, should have some epoxy and some waterborne in a few days. After all this time it will feel good to get started again on my truck.
 
I know what you guys are saying about on line ordering, I know there are a couple of ways to set up but some things scare me as far as personal information security and hey i order on line everyday, myself.

Because of the amount of visa we take monthly we have to be bonded and certified for customer security and that class pointed out a lot of things to me as to what can happen and it scares me.

Some customers have us store credit cards and we have that secured to meet the program rules and I can't see an issue ever happening there.

Two options, if it will make anyones life easier, if we have a credit card stored you can just send email or fax to order.

I do get emails with orders and credit card info, on occasion but that is up to you.
 
The way you are doing it now seems to work well. I called Andy on Tuesday and recieved my order on Friday. Thanks guys

No doubt about that. I love the speed and free shipping.

I was just thinking and I used to work on a phone that with Barry's growth eventually it will be a full time job just to answer the phone. An employee is expensive so if an online system can divert some of that workload it free's up an employee to work on something else, like packing:rolleyes:
 
I keep trying to get the local shops here in San Angelo to become a jobber. No luck yet but I had one last week that acted fairly interested.

Hey, but then I'll have to pay sales tax!
Oh well.
 
Who supplies the NY area? 10512 zip or 845 area code.. I orderd some time ago, and I lost the contact info. It is time for more Epoxy and some other supplies.
