Anyone have a clue as to why my white primer is spraying so terribly? Ive got a 1:1 mixture of SPI primer and SPI hardener. I mixed primer very well prior to mixing with hardener. I carefully measured a 1:1 mix. Mixed well together. Let sit for 30 mins.
Substrate is an grey epoxy primer surface sanded well with a 150-180 grit. The surface was perfect. The previous primer perfect and laid down correctly.
Re-mixed well again and shot with my 1:4 primer gun. Crap did not atomize well at all. Tried all the setting on the gun. I reverted to my main primer gun with a 1.7 tip and same thing. I am at a loss. Any ideas would be great.
