Newbie With Paint

Not sure if the is the right place to post but here it goes. I am attempting for first paint job on an 87 Buick Grand National. The car is blown apart so it will be painted in pieces. I am leaning towards using SPI Black as it is the blackest on the market from what I can tell and SPI clear products.

Is the Black a first time user friendly product?

With this, is it better to paint everything at one time or can paint it in pieces as time and space allows?

Sorry of the new guy questions. I have been using PPG Shopline epoxy and high build on it so far. I have been happy with the results that I have been getting with my ability.

Any advice for a new guy? Not looking for show car finish but a nice driver that looks good.

With Black you can paint in pieces, just remember on that the car to strip all the exterior panels as it was lacquer.

Using y'alls black is it best to finish blocking with 400 grit or take it to 600?
