my first kit of 2100 production

Preacherman

just ordered it today! i've only used spi clear once before and it was the uv that my brother loaned me so any suggestions on this 2100 would be greatly appreciated. I ordered the slow hardener and will be spraying an all over mid-size car with temps in the 80-85 degree range! Thanks fella's...i'm looking forward to shooting this clear!

Yes Sir..sure will. Thanks! And thanks for the phone conversation a few days back...you clarified alot for me!

No problem, enjoyed it my problem is if I find someone that cares, I tend to keep them on the phone to long running my mouth!

Man..ya'll boyz don't play! Ordered the clear yesterday at 2:30 pm and it rolled up in the yard today at 3!!!

Just finished spraying the 2100 and man i like this stuff!! I know its not the best time of day to be spraying but i had a few set backs today and couldn't get to it till now. I needed the car to be dry enough to assemble and buff by tomorrow afternoon and so i took a chance on spraying it tonight. Got one small gnat and one small run but those won't be an issue at all to get rid of. If the 2100 still looks this good in the a.m. i will definitely have a new favorite clear!! I'll post again tomorrow night after everything is back together and buffed out...thanks again Barry...AWESOME product!!

Love'n this 2100...Hey Barry, for used car work, would you recomend trying another clear from your line up or should i just stick with the 2100. I may have a few "nicer" jobs coming in a few weeks in which case i would use the UV but for used car work i gott'a save every penny possible. Thought about giving the Euro a try on the next "cheapy".97 f150 1.jpg

heres a before video of the above truck.

Universal is good for jobs that will get extensively sanded and buffed, but for any daily driver, even high end daily drivers, the Production or Euro clears are really good.

between the Production and the Euro...which one lays out the best given the exact same conditions? Also, which one buffs the best in the 24-36hr range? Thanks!

Oh yeah, also, between the two Euro's (3.5 voc and 2.1 voc)...can you give the basic differences in spray and buff characteristics? I'm probably being to particular here but just trying to get a baseline to work with for the kind'a stuff i do.

Lol..k, thanks Man! I'm probably going overboard and should just try them all for myself to see what does best instead of picking everybody's brain!
