Kate's Hudson

I love it! But you don't see them...like ever! We go to a lot of shows and I have yet to see even one. Why is that?

I take that back...I saw one. The one Tim Strange did was at Detroit Autorama.

In 1954, Hudson manufactured about 25,000 cars. That same year Packard manufactured 90,000 cars and you don't see many of those either. As soon as a car manufacturer goes out of business, people get rid of them, rightfully fearing they won't be able to get parts or service. In 1963 I bought a really worn out 56 Chevy for $150 rather than buy a 56 Hudson in great shape for $20 because of the parts availability issue.

Watched all the way through,, very awesome video!!! Interesting twist on saving a Hudson though..

I liked the way one guy explained what they did as you watch them doing it, he said "we started by ripping it all apart"
