How soon can I cut and buff?

Just sprayed 2 coats of regular Euro at 4-1-1, slow activator, slow spi reducer, In the 2nd coat I added ONE capful of spi retarder to a mixed quart, it really seemed to help flow it out (a hood and 2 fenders) but I got a few sags on the fenders, still getting used to the euro only 2nd time spraying. I tried buffing last time on the 2nd day after (just a quick 2000 for dust and buff) and it was 5 times harder than buffing 2 year old universal. Can I get on this in the morning?
 
Tell us what you are using to denib and buff.............. wool pad or foam grits of paper and buffer? I use Euro and will spray buff in a day or sometimes 3 days and still easy to buff.
