Hi all! New to the forums! A few questions on freshly bead blasted bug!!

Any ideas on the rust prep?
Do I tape off the rust areas, spray the whole car with the epoxy primer, then go back and cut out the rust areas, tack weld in new metal, sand down, and epoxy prime those two areas?
At least that was my idea....any suggestions otherwise?
At least the rest of the car will be done in epoxy..?
 
Spray the entire thing in epoxy. then go back and cut out the bad spots and weld in new metal and re-epoxy those areas again.
