Epoxy Primer on Brake Caliper

I am swapping over to disk brakes on my Mustang. My front calipers are already painted red, but the rears I picked up were take offs and not painted. I really like the look of black calipers and was thinking of shooting all 4 with black Epoxy. Have any of you guys tried shooting calipers with Epoxy primer? I've been told Epoxy can withstand brake fluid, but what about the temperature of a brake caliper?
 
I have the epoxy on two of my cars but painted over them, NOT an issue at all.
 
The only time caliper temps would be a concern is in stuff like racing or really hard downhill canyon driving, etc.
 
I have Base clear on two of my cars, SPI red of course and universal.
