7281 is a toner that can be made into basecoat or single stage. It is pretty deep, but it is designed to be used with reactive reducer when used as basecoat. Some have recommended using it with regular reducer, and it might be fine, but I would rather use a basecoat designed for regular urethane reducer. People here speak highly of ProSpray, and jeremy has a post on here where he sprayed a lot of bases, and Wanda was the darkest. I would probably use Standox because I am set up for it. Not all their blacks are the deepest shade, though. I have found in various paint lines, some of the weaker blacks designed for tinting actually have a more pleasing tone. I prefer a blue-black to a brown-black.
