Cloudy Clear spot!

I got my freshly BC/CC van out in the sun today and while looking it over noticed a couple small cloudy spots, one where my gun hose/filter/regulator hung up on the floor while making the last pass on the bottom of the door and another where I sprayed a 6" test when adjusting the gun. I assume this is caused by trapped solvent? What I was thinking was I would hit these areas with some 400-600 to open it up and let it set in the sun to allow the solvents to escape, then do my cut and buff after. Am I on the right track?

If you can upload photos of the spots I'm sure the people here can figure it out, sounds like trapped solvent.

Ok, I will get my camera going, but its just in those two areas where the film was to heavy all at once

Wet sand good and buff is all you can do, if its solvent or moisture (blushing) it sill buff out.
If its dry over spray (heavy) underneath the clear, you will learn to get use to it????

I think a wet sand and buff will take care of the problem, either solvent or moisture but a chance could be, a very heavy dry-spray stop under the clear, if it don't buff, this is what it is.

Solvent or moisture I agree, your plan of opening it up with 600 and some time in the sun then sanding and buffing is good. If it doesn't disapear you'll need to spot in some color and re-clear the panel.

No, definitely not dry spray underneath, it was a stop in my motion causing an excessive build-up of material, pics are bad but can you see the partial drip? Lol, pics are real bad!

The pic that has two cloudy spots is the beginning and end of a 6" test spray, I didn't allow time for the test spray to flash before I Put an all-over coat on.
The day was not humid really, but in the mid 80's, and even hotter in the spray booth...so I don't think it is moisture?
