changing epoxy primer

As my car sits it has been epoxy primed and 2k build primer that has been blocked sanded. I used PPG Omni for the epoxy and 2k . I want to use SPI and reduce it to seal before base coat clear coat. Is it OK to put SPI over PPG?
 
But you can only expect the final result to be as good as the material you started with, which means that the SPI won't miraculously make the material underneath be any better than second-tier stuff.
