--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
this morning we painted my friends honda at compton college. We used reduced epoxy to seal through a devilbiss plus with 1.2 tip. the base was omni jet black with gold pearl( looks green in pics and booth but in the sun it looks amazing), we sprayed base with a sata 3000 with 1.3 tip( 3 coats and 1 drop coat). The clear is the euro 2.1 mixed 4/1. we sprayed that through a devilbiss plus with 1.4 tip.
everyone was excited it came out great a lil orange peel but not much. the insructor said "can't get any better than that". he ripped the number off the can and said i want to try this stuff. everyone wants to use it. the trans am is hok bc25 and universal clear.

I would have thought it would take a better quality brush to get the Universal to look that good, and how did you ever get the metallic base to layout so even with that brush?

thanks. but there were about $1000 worth of guns used on this car. sata 3000 and devilbiss plus.
This car was painted with the euro. the black trans am was the universal. that car except the hood was left uncut and buffed. I still need to align some panels.

Wait a few months for the paint to cure then apply this sealant:
