Just browsing through my old posts and realized I had not shared any of the true final product of my first paint job. It has been 5 months on the road now and she has won 4 trophies at local car show! The talk is ALWAYS the paint color and shine.... So here she is out and about, all SPI. SPI Orange/Black over Grey Epoxy Primer and 5 coats of Universal Clear.

Great job. My friend in the 1980's had 68 charger.
Gallon of bondo each quarter panel, rattle can primer, scratches from sitting on it were quick fix.
Just pop top off primer can & give it a spray heh. Filler got added when potholes removed it :)

The SPI Orange Poster Child will be heading to its new home in Syracuse NY today (or tomorrow). It has been a fun 7 years but its time for someone to own her that will give her 100% of their attention. I have too many cars and she just sits in the garage year after year.
Oh wow, that’s only a hr from me. I’m there all the time picking up cars. How did you sell it?
