What is that stuff? Remnants of a mouse nest? BTW Rusty, is this going to be a NHRA stocker or just a bracket car. And what engine will be going in it?

Rusty, did you widen the wheelwells on this car and if you did do you have any pics of the work? I looked back thru the thread but all the pics are red x's. I need to do this on my 67 Fairlane and would like to see how a pro goes about doing it. Thanks

I don't know why photobucket deleted some of the pictures when they changed to the new photobucket which I don't like.

When I have time I will post the mini tubb build again

I removed the Opentracker suspension to make it easier to tape the undercarriage.

I also wanted to install the adjustable strut rods that came in yesterday

Thanks Rusty, If all your pics are on photobucket I guess I could just look at them over there. Can they be viewed by anyone or are they private? I absolutely love this car BTW, I like all the work shown on this site but this one is right up my alley. Thanks for sharin.

Perfect, thank you. It looks to me like you trimmed the edge off the qtr and welded it to the outer wheelhouse, is that correct?

The stock fuel tank will be replaced with a 5 gal fuel cell so we needed to fabricated a trunk floor. Brian added a couple of braces using small box tubing

He cut out a piece of sheetmetal drilled and marked the attachment holes and than sanded it with 80 grit.
