wrinkle underneath clear?

This is done on a front motorcycle fender. I shot some white base tuesday night, next night shot white pearl over that next night did some SPI intercoat and taped out a design and put some gray base in that design. Let set overnight came in the next night. Let set til Friday night, shot some intercoat over everything, let set for an hour and then shot 2 coats of Spi 2020 clear. Finishing at 10:00 that Friday night. Saturday came in and 400 grit the fender and shot 3 coats of Universal over it before noon. Came in about 4 hours later and there is some wrinkling underneath the clear in a couple places. not very noticeable but I do see them. I never noticed them when the 2020 was on there. Looks kinda like little fingerprint pattern. I also had some terrible runs hanging off the edges. I know that I probably rushed the job and needed to let some of the solvents vent out better. Ive started sand some of them out but what would happen if I would leave them?. They are locked under the clear. Sometimes things go right and when they go wrong they go wrong! LOL! THANKS!
