Why not?

So had a call the other day guy using a plastic sprayer with 700.
Worked great for not sure how long but sounds like a week or two.
Then he got fisheyes and was not a problem to now.
After many questions, everything was done perfectly and the 700 overtime attacked the sprayer.
I ran this random idea by him and he ordered it, it would shoot 700 forever and the 29 dollars be a good buy long term.

Just throwing this out as I never thought of this before and picked a random gun but the requirement was an aluminum cup.

Probably a different type of plastic.

@Barry this is very timely because last plastic sprayer I had the 700 would drip out of very bad. I figured it was just the sprayer gone bad. So I got a new “commercial” spray bottle and it will drip out of that over time too. If it’s sitting on the counter there will be a puddle of 700 beneath it the next day.

The original sprayer I was using for it now works perfectly fine with the 710.

No that is why the jug cost us close to $4 more to buy than other jugs.

I have tried a number of different spray bottles and the one that has worked the best and is still working has been . . .
Before I finish this statement let me say that I thoroughly cleaned the old product out of the bottle . . .
Tire Shine.

Not sure why but this bottle has had 710 in it for weeks now and still sprays great.

I have been using the SureSure Shot 32 oz. Powder Coated Steel Sprayer, to spray WAG removers for years. I have a black one for 700 and Red for 710. They work great and no worry about contamination. Amazon also has the Vaper brand available for $36.95. I have never tried that brand, but they look the same as SureShot.

I had one of these and I loved it. It fell off a shelf, or I guess I knocked it over since it's not alive....and it never sprayed the same again. ..I have a usc pump sprayer now. I miss my sure shot though

710 will never attack a sprayer but 700 not a matter of if but when.

yep i had the same thing happen to me. went to the sure shot sprayers. problem solved

I have looked at: sureshotsprayers.com for the details. I think the model A powder coated steel units are not recommended for water based products. They do have model M aluminum ones anodized inside and out. Model A is 32 oz and model M is 24 oz.
I think my choice for the water based W&GR would be the anodized aluminum.
I used the Dawn dish soap bottles for both 700 and 710 for years and never noticed and problems but I'm suspicious now about the 700.
As far as buying the sprayers they seem to be all over the internet from numerous sellers.

I have always loved the Sureshot and although they say no waterbased in the metal
I have never seen or heard of an issue.
I did give the Sureshot as an option for him at the same time I thought of the gun.
