What to use?

I am quoting a color change on a Ford FL70 truck cab.
The color is red and he wants it to be white like this picture:

The old paint is fading but altogether in pretty good shape. My thoughts are to scuff up the paint, shoot a coat of epoxy as a sealer and then apply a white single stage.
Concern #1 is I only have black epoxy on hand. Should I order gray (or white to mix with my black)?
Concern #2 is the choice of white paint. What will hold up the best to the Arizona sun and also provide good coverage? Is single stage the way to go with something like this?

Thanks in advance.

Imron would be good for sure, make sure to quote your materials right or have him pay by invoice-there's a lot of surface area there! White epoxy sealer would be good idea.

I use a good bit of the utech 3.8 single stage for stuff like this. I'm sure the imron is thicker, but have had good luck with the utech. says its a polyurethane (cant really confirm). i use it on my booth a good bit, pretty tough stuff. Covers ok, for a white single stage.

It was an polyurethane when Sikkens bought U-tech in 99, not sure if they changed it or not but in its day it was Superior to Imron, very similar to my Universal clear in its heyday.
White epoxy would be my choice as white will not cover the red good at all.

tech sheet says its a polyurethane.....but we all know how that goes. urethane police!! i've wiped my walls down in the booth with laquer thinner before when i got somethign on them, didn't phase the white.
