What do I need to do after blasting before i can spray epoxy

I need to sand blast the drip rail on my old wagon. What do I need to do after I blast before I spray epoxy.
I will be using silica sand or coal slag. I hope I don't have to wash it with anything water based because trying to get the seams dry would be hard.

After thoroughly cleaning before blasting, I use crushed glass without recycling it, and that's clean enough for me. I just use a clean brush and compressed air to get all the dust cleaned away.

Silica sand can cause fisheyes unless cleaned. I wasn't sure they still sold that for sand blasting, I was told they stopped because of the EPA.

The seams is where you need to use the 700-1 the most, had dry and let set 45 mins or an hour to get out of pours that don't look wet, also a small blower you could spend a few seconds to blow the seams just to make sure.
If the water cleaner still bothers you then I would suggest you clean the metal 3 or 4 times with the SPI 710 solvent cleaner or a good one like 330 from PPG.
Best way.
Blast.
Clean with 700-1.
DA with 80, hand sand tight areas.
Clean with 700.
Then epoxy.
All your e-coated panels are dipped in water before ecoat, so we may be on to something here.

after blasting your panel is contaminated. unless you have a golden air supply there will be oil vapor on it. especially if using a a larger commercial rig. i was with water and dawn soap. you will never blow all the media out. flushing with water will get it clean . use a leaf blower to dry .

I am a believer in clean media, decent air and you are as clean as you will get wiping water on it. If you wash it with the epoxy thinner its most probably going to flash rust.

my blasting rig is an 185 cfm diesel rig. i can promise it will blow oil vapor . flash rust is no big deal. most of it is iron in the water your using anyway. if you clean one and it has an orange tint it means it is clean.
