I use high build for DTM,just a weekend hack, and often get burn throughs so thought an air brush would work.I can't think of a scenario for shooting high build through an airbrush, at least on a full size car type project.
If I just had a pinhole in high build I would dab paint in it with a tiny artists brush and then lightly sand it.
I use the airbrush when I find pin holes or scratches in sealer or base that need some glaze and then paint.
