Top coat over epoxy primer - How soon?

How soon can you top coat over two coats of epoxy primer (unreduced)?

I've typically waited 24 hours, but with my current lack of spare time, this is getting harder to do.

If it's out in the sun for a few hour, can you top coat the same day?

When I do two coats unreduced, I spray first coat, 30 minute flash, second coat wait one hour then topcoat. Never had problem doing this. Not sure about being in sun cause I'm usually inside.
