Start on mustang body again

The car has been in SPI epoxy primer from last summer, I didnt have the money to do the final paint. Im getting ready to start on it again and just need to know how I should go about it? The car is straight with several coats of epoxy on it and will be painted acapulco blue metallic bc/cc. I have read so many different ways of doing this that my head is spinning.
 
I would just wash the car thoroughly with dawn first, then water sand with 400-600. Then just shoot epoxy as a sealer and paint.
