Spraying fiberglass bumper.

I will be spraying a fiberglass bumper next week for the first time...looking to see if I got the correct process on hand. It came primered white already and I checked to see if it was 2k or not by rubbing some thinner on it...it stayed on. So that should be good to go?

It looks to be in great shape and not requiring any fillers.

So I'm thinking:
1. Slightly sand down using 220/dry
2. One wet coat of epoxy primer (yay or nay?) - Dry overnight
3. Two coats of 2k primer - 10 min between coats
4. Sand 600/wet
5. One wet coat epoxy primer (reduced) - set for 2 hours
6. Good to go for base coat

Is it okay to use a Dynabrade 3/16" orbital sander to do the sanding?

Thanks!
