Although it sounds like you are getting your pressure figured out, is it 35 psi at the gun or at the wall? I have my LPH400 set to 43 psi at the gun at all times, and have had very good results with that. The only time I get any texture is on large panels where I am moving too fast.

Its like 100 at the wall 35 at regulator on gun

43 is alot to me. Wouldnt that put more material in the air than on the panel?
 
It's not bad, plus that is what the gun was built for (3 Bar = 43 psi)
