after I sand my filler is there a good product to go over the top to find/fill any low spots? Local shop has some PPG DFL17, is this acceptable? Remember I'm green and a lowly hobbyist! Flame me if you must i can take it!

dang! more questions... which part number? #416 or #414 does it matter?

I don't have personal experience with Metal Glaze, but you could use a number of different products. Alot of guys like Dolphin Glaze, I use Icing...they're all pretty good.

I like the Metal Glaze OEM. It sands really well and doesn't seem to clog the paper as much.

Metal glaze and dolphin glaze seem like the exact same thing to me just the packaging for dolphin glaze is better. It lasts way longer. Metal glaze has no shelf life before it starts to thicken. If your a shop that goes through glaze quickly its fine. I dont know why evercoat used those tubs. I hate those things.
