SPI 2K High Build

So once I have all the epoxy and filler applied and as flat as I can get it, its time for SPI 2K High Build. This is by choice since Im an ameture and this is my first expierience with SPI Products beginning to end, (except for a pro spray base color match).

I was planning on shooting as much 2K primer as I could in less than 30 minutes (per instructions). But I am rethinking that. I think maybe I will do just one panel at a time until I get it long blocked, then move on to the next panel. Once I have the project long blocked and guide coated with 2K high build, I will give two coats of thinned down epoxy primer and wait until Spring to do the color coat and clear. Can I get some advise pro or con against this plan?

I think you should apply two coats of unreduced epoxy if its going to sit for a long time. Come spring, scuff it with a red pad, shoot epoxy reduced then base.
