So I've learned my lesson...

Just an update of how it turned out with the "other" painter fixing it...So, please tell me, how do you all feel about someone else going over your work? ..or adding to it. Those are my checks, but not my orange, airbrush or clear obviously.

If they want me to work for free? do what you want with the tank. It is always nice to get a call from the other painter to get your approval tho... Artist to artist.

I feel the owner can do whatever with their property whether or not they were given it or paid for it.

Good points. I think it's crappy, personally - I like what you said Dub. Ah oh well, so happy to learn such lessons so soon! :highly_amused: Thanks guys.

Just keep it in mind for the future. I ran into a situation like this a few years back. I called the original painter to find out the person never finished paying them.

What can you do?? i think its crappy that when it came to having to pay for the work he went somewhere else. no loyalty there.... i agree that it's his tank, do what he wants with it, but i also think it looks like poop over the checkers. too much going on there... and what's with all that yellow mist around it the airbrush work? not digging that...

Big lesson learned no doubt. No loyalty hits the nail on the head. gah!
Next time somebody comes around for a freebie say ya have paying customers you have to take care of. Your 'free time' is for you and the family and/or friends grilling out.
