Slick sand over fiberglass

Hey guys. Not really putting ss over bare fiberglass but after epoxy in some areas and prepped current paint for a color change.
Is ss ok to use on a fg body?
 
Thanks crash. Is it safe to apply over scuffed clear/base?
 
Oh, sorry I missed that. Poly on paint is not how I do things, so I can't tell you for sure. I don't think it is an issue on fully cured finishes, but I wouldn't put it over anything fresh.
