Should I use this to clean before spraying 2k

I am in the process of sealing some body parts in SPI epoxy (Black) and then onto the 2k regular build primer. Can or should I clean the epoxied panels with the SPI waterborne cleaner prior to spraying the 2k. The panels would have set for at least 2 days before cleaning and spraying the 2k. I read the tech sheets and it does not mention the cleaning process from epoxy to 2k.

Also, is it necessary to tack between epoxy and 2k when it's going to be sanded. I'm thinking tacking is not necessary since sanding will take place, except for when it's time to spray the base and clear coat. I just want to get some confirmation on my thinking.

I got something in the epoxy coat that appears to be a dry chunk of epoxy from the cup. I got it out of the epoxy, but it left it's mark. I will be spraying 2k regular build primer. Should I be concerned with this or will it be taken care of when I put on the 2k and block sand?

Thanks...Al

Waterborne wax and grease remover works fine, no reason to tack between coats with primers
