I am working on a second gen firebird. This past weekend I media blasted the cowl but it didn't touch the black gooey factory seam sealer. Since then I've hit it with a wire wheel and it looks like 99.9% of it is gone. I only don't say 100% because I don't think that's possible.
I am going to give it a quick buzz again with media. If I miss some even after degreasing will it cause expoxy primer to fail?
