Rusty or other early Mustang experts, step inside please

I am curious as to how the floor pan mates up to the rocker panel on a 1965 Convertible.

Mine is A: rusted out B: tin, pop rivets, and tar repair and I cannot tell how it originally was.

From the looks of it I think the flange on the floor pan is different from a coupe.
HELP!!! lol.

Thanks, SOF.

We are fighting this right now on two different cars and will replace with a full floor. Because of the inner rocker the floor pans come in from the bottom and Brian is still not sure how Ford did this at the factory. The floor pan does not have the flange that welds to the rocker like a coupe and the torque boxes are different also. If the floor pan is rusted the inner rocker is probably bad.
