Yep. That's on the plan as well. The headlights are already out of the car and in process.since you are already working the area, it may be worth sanding down those headlights and clearing them at the same time.

Yeah true orange peel is from too little fluid, Not saying you can;t get texture with too much but its not considered orange peel.Interesting. Thanks.
I'm generally not a big orange peel replicator so I'm not well versed in It but what I have done myself was from too much Fluid or a crappy gun.
Covering up any spiderwebs won't mean they are gone. Chances are they will reappear again. Personally I would strip it. If it's just a quick, make some money used car job, then leave it. Up to you. (obviously)So I pulled the front bumper cover and started to sand some more. I’m using 400 grit in hopes of not having to go super deep to get the spider webbing out.
Here’s an example of what I’m seeing:

This is the Camaro nose right by the hood emblem (which I have removed).
Area “A” is labeled just so you can see that a full sand thru to plastic equals yellow.
Area B shows that if I sand to base, I still have the spider webs showing. You can see them faintly in this picture. I wiped with w&g to help bring them out and really can see them as the w&g flashes off the cracks last.
Area C is why I’m posting. It looks like if I sand to that level of primer (just before plastic), then I’m not encountering the webs any more. Am I good to go if I feather everything to this level and don’t see webs using my w&g test?
If the answer is just “strip it to yellow to be sure” then that’s fine, I’m just trying to avoid work but not half ass it.
Lol. In 4 more years, in texas it will qualify for antique plates....my 2000 lincoln has 2 more years to qualify....I have no advice on your question as I've only done complete paint jobs, and only two of those.
But, it cracked me up to see an '02 Camaro called "old." I guess it is 20 years old.
And in 1977 my '57 chevy was "old," so I guess it fits.
I know. I've got mine, Called a Medicare Card...will qualify for antique plates.
