proper steps before paint

i have the car in epoxy i plan on doing body filler for some irregularities and then spray a few coats of slick sand and block repeat as necessary.
what should be the more proper steps afterall the blocking is done?
should i
1. apply a non build primer wetsand then shoot sealer then bc/cc?

2. apply sealer over slicksand then bc/cc?

thank you
 
So i should go with the regular build primer wetsand and then seal?

Tech sheet says no sealer required
