Primer imperfections when

Looks like epoxy fisheye to me...to heavy on epoxy
Pigment migration from epoxy makes round consistent pockets and those are jagged and random. And if it were pigment migration the poly and 2k would have filled them in.
 
My hypothesis is that it may be a kind of dry spray that is partially sanded and appearing as pitting, but photos are tough to decipher.

Is there a way to avoid pigment migration? I experienced this before.
 
Maintain your gun distance, don’t hammer on any coat, and don’t double back over the same spot with wet coats.

I’ve been having pigment migration issues like I’ve never had before. Makes me wonder if something changed or there was something wonky to the batch or activator. Or my hand lol.
