I get mine on Amazon. I get alot of things on Amazon. Usually delivered next day...sometimes same day. That's better than driving anywhere
Same here, We used it for everything back when I worked in the construction industry, but I'd be afraid to try it on finished paint.I have used it for at least 10 years for general taping, such as floor protection.

Was it 231? That was the go to tape for years before the green and yellow came out. I really liked that tape. Only stuff we used prior to the yellow and green.

Painted a fabric covered airplane some years ago in Imron. Shop owner that was performing stc's seemed jealous of the nice paint job as he sprayed everything with lacquer or dope. I walk in and he has an 18" piece of DUCT tape plastered on the wing he was working on, says it's faa test, if it doesn't pull the paint off it passes. I said if it does pull the paint off I'm decking you, he realized I was dead serious. But lucky for him, he ripped the tape off with no damage. I later found out that there is a test like that. Doesn't matter, he would have found himself missing chicklets...I haven't tried this on automotive paint, but I have used it for at least 10 years for general taping, such as floor protection.

Sticks extremely well, yet leaves no residue, even after weeks. I have yet to have it pull finish.
There are multiple brands available. The PTAK is available with pinked edge or square, as are the other brands.
Any thoughts?
