orange peel

OK I know this has been said before orange peel is a pressure thing. Can heat play a part. Here is why I ask. I laid the 1st coat of UV clear down on the dash and it laid slick. I am using a Iwata LP 400 with the Silver cap for clear. I use the orange cap for the silver Prospray base. Went to lay the 2nd coat, did not change the setting and I got some light orange peel. I had waited 30 Min between the coats. I am using the slow activator. It was 92* when I shot the 2nd coat. I have my gun set at 23psi trigger pulled. flow 2 1/2 turn out and fan wide open with 1 turn in.

Make sure wall regulator is at least 125, 150 is better.
That may take care of it but if not up you air at the gun with trigger pulled a few lbs at a time, My lph will not shoot clear at 23 with trigger pulled.
