Hello everyone! First time poster, long time reader…and DIYer. I’m redoing a ‘71 Karmann Ghia convertible. I have the body work done, in SPI gray epoxy primer and currently block sanding/scuffing the entire car inside and outside. My next step is to spray a couple of coats of SPI white epoxy primer due to some bare spots (for blocking contrast since high build is gray) which I’ve ordered and should be here tomorrow or the following day. I also have the SPI 2k high build ready to go after that. Where I’m stuck in my head is the stage at where I should paint the insides of the interior compartment, engine bay and “frunk”. I want to be able to spray the white epoxy next and then spray the high build the next day for a chemical bond. I don’t want to have to sand all the nooks and crannies that I just sanded again on the 3 interior compartments. Any suggestions?
