Saw this over at hr and figured i'd go ahead and get it on the new site.

I've lost the link to the acutal flyer but i think this pretty much sums it up. I know all this has been talked about for a while, not sure how serious they are going to be on "cracking" down but it doesn't hurt to know all the info! Having my own shop again, taking every precaution i can.
 
there is another thread that says 6h training. im curious what a garage hobbyist can do if anything...
 
form406.....I think in most residential areas it is actually illegal to do any automotive painting.
