I am running dangerously low on Wanda SS as I try to complete the paint on my 31 Buick restoration. The Wanda jobber dried up and blew away a couple years ago and I cannot find a nearby supplier. I have contacted Wanda twice now without a return call, text or email regarding the nearest supplier.
I’d guess I have about enough left for two final coats - maybe. How about using another brand of SS and trying to get the best match I can - using it for the first wet coat and then topping that with the Wanda I have left? Are there certain brands that absolutely will or won’t work?
The color is a very dark forest green sprayed on an SPI gray 1:1:1 seal coat. I can lay it down almost like glass in a good booth and so I won’t cut or buff.
Thanks for your thoughts on this,
Joel
